Actually drowning is very painful. yu dont just hld your breath and pass out. Water going into your lungs brings involuntary reactions from your body to try to force it back out no matter how much it is. Im sure like the rest of us youve at some point been drinking liquid and laughed or choked and had it go down the wrong pipe? hurts right? its like that only multiplyed by a hundred. fortunately you do lose conciousness after several minutes.

try being paper cut to seath while somebody rubs those big salt grains for pretzels in your wounds... that's gotta be a 10 for pain... and 10 for pity, 'cause you were either kidnapped or had a bad s&m mistress...

hehe. good list. Though I have been hit by a car, and I suppose a bus wouldn't be all that different. I rate the pain level at 0. Don't feel it hit at all. If you don't die, well, THEN the pain will hit after maybe an hour, before that even if you're conscious, you're in shock. If you fuck up and need an amputation, then the ghost pain may be 10 for the rest of your life. yikes. But the actual SPLAT? Pain=0. cheers! oh, just read the comments... yeah, drowning is probably the most painful besides burning to death. Huge pain. youch. On top of it, apparently you stay conscious for up to 2-3 minutes AFTER your lungs are all full of water. Apparently THAT is when it stops being painful. When you are breathing water in and out instead of air, but your brain is still 100% functioning. yeah. No drowning. Step in front of a bus is better, though my pity level for the person driving the bus is 10. ciao!

The pain level for overdosing is actually fairly miserable. Doesn't *hurt*, per se, but it is supremely uncool physically. I od'd on accident once (doubling up because you forgot you took it already is a bitch), and I still remember the misery. I do not suggest that route unless you can take something that knocks you OUT first, because trust me: it sucks. And it lasts a long time. Like, until you finally pass out or they pump your stomach. And the pumping stomach thing? Not cool. I'm just sayin'.
