Everyone argues that the wars we fight are caused by the need for oil. I personally believe its the lack of tolerance with each other. An ever expanding awareness of how intolerance starts the fires of dissention. My god is better than your god. I am right and you are wrong. My skin color is better than yours.

Superiority complexes are also a sideeffect of people with little tolerance for anyone outside their little worlds.

You cant force people to get along. Most times they cant even be bargained with, due to the closed minded attitudes all have. Both sides feel right, justified for their perspective. The reasons they use vary. Be it money, looks, mental attitude (get them before they get you) and of course the religious right. Why a reasonably sane person would choose blowing themselves up as a means to get the message across that Islam teaches peace, and understanding. It is hypocracy. You simply cannot prove a point of view with violent action. I can say with alot of confidence arguements with varying variables usually end in violent action when neither side is willing to see the others point of view, and step aside. Where neither side can win, there should be a agreeable position, or stalemate which can prevent bombs from going off.

A guy looks at your girlfriend a little longer than you would like. I being the jelaous type know what he might be thinking. I can take this guys girl, and he cant do shit about it. My immediate response is to break his neck.

Maybe I should have trusted the girl I was with not to fall for some pretty boy with an attitude. Just because you have a chip on your shoulder, it doesnt make you "a bad boy" all the girls want. It makes you a potential homicide victim if you piss off the wrong guy.

Tolerance isnt an inherent trait in all people. But it can be learned. Israel wouldnt be such a catastrophy if people learned to forget past transgrssions. Trying to punish the sons and daughters of those who wronged you will never solve a problem. The war will never end as long as the blood flows through the veins of the faithful. To do otherwise is to shame your kind, your family, and your blood.

If this is true some violence will never end. You cant bury the past if its still walking around.
